I believe in a personal service and a quality product certified to W3C standards. All my web sites are hand-coded, no 'point & click' or automated design software here! This gives a leaner and more accessible (to search engines) code.
I do not 'do' flashy images, they are too expensive, time consuming and impenetrable to search engines. I will occasionally use Flash to enhance - not dominate - a site.
I will quote you a fair and fixed price for an agreed job. If it takes longer than anticipated, that's my problem.
